Just wanted to send out a special message celebrating jamaica independence day. On the 6th of august, jamaicans celebrated 51 years of independence. I'm sure there were parties and massive celebrations on both sides of the atlantic, not to mention the delicious food.
On a day like that, it's only right you eat some home cooked jerk chicken, rice and peas, patties etc.
